Shipping – and Minimum Order Value

    Free Shipping Offer

    • Over 100 € to Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Spain (50 of 82 provinces), Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria and Italy

We at Moonvalley will work hard to offer you the best conditions for shipping. At the moment we are in a startup phase and it is very hard to negotiate good deals with the major suppliers in the Nordic countries and Europe. The minimum order value and shipping rates are set based on a “zero profit pricing” (in fact we are not fully covering our costs of shipping.) We will continue to lower the shipping rates as we grow.
We currently ship to Europe, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Africa and USA and we will let you know as soon as we have been able to add more countries!

Minimum order value €10 for all orders (we will not accept and process orders below €10.)

    Shipping

All shipments outside Sweden will go with DHL. Shipping fee may vary depending where you live and on order value.
The package is delivered to your address (letter parcel) or the closes servicepoint (DHL). The customer is responsible to check where the nearest servicepoint for DHL is. When the order is sent, the products are packed the same day and shipped as quickly as possible to you.

    Deliveries

We always pack and ship the same day as we receive Your order. With current partners (Postnord/DHL) You usually receive Your parcel within 1-4 days. During promotions or unexpectedly large demand on any product, it may, however, take a little longer.

    Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Please check your order confirmation and make sure everything looks right. If you have any questions please contact us immediately. Save the order confirmation and record your customer number/order number.

    Return Policy

As a customer you are entitled to return your items within 30 days after the goods are received, but only if the packaging is intact and the item is unused. Reimbursement is made at 100% of the price. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before you return an item here: https://moonvalley.me/pages/contact-us

    Reclamation

If the package is damaged on delivery, you should file your complaint directly at your delivery point. You should therefore always inspect your products when you receive them. For reclamations, we pay for the freight costs. Contact us before you return a reclamation here: https://shop.moonvalley.me/pages/contact-us

    Unclaimed Packages

If for any reason you do not pick up your package we will have to charge you for the cost of return shipping, handling etc. You will thus be charged a minimum fee of €20 for unclaimed parcels.

    Correction of incorrect publications

Moonvalley reserves the right to retroactively correct prices, texts that have been printed/written incorrectly on our website, on products or in other appropriate media. We also reserve the right of inventory changes and possible technical error in the webshop, browser or server.

Moonvalley is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to a releasing circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. These releasing circumstances include, among others, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict in the employment market, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accidents of major scope or other types of natural disaster.
