When to Use Our Vegan Sports Drink
Most sports drinks rely on artificial flavours and colours. Ours doesn’t. It’s made with organic apple fruit powder for real, natural taste, a blend of organic powdered sugar and organic maltodextrin for both fast and sustained energy, a touch of citric acid, and sea salt for essential electrolytes. No artificial flavours. No synthetic additives-just clean, functional hydration.
- Before training (30–60 min): Sip 150–250 ml to top up fluids.
- During training: For sessions over 60 minutes or in heat, drink 500–750 ml per hour in small sips.
- After training: Rehydrate and refill carbs; pair with protein for recovery.
- How to mix: 1 sachet (45 g) in 500 ml cold water → ~38 g carbs + ~400 mg sodium per bottle.
