1. General
Moonvalley Store is operated by the company MV Farm AB also called "Moonvalley". 

2. Payment
In the Moonvalley Store it should be easy to shop. That is why you, as a customer, have the following options: The Moonvalley Store accepts payment using VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or PAYPAL. When paying by credit- or debitcard you will need to enter your card number, the expiry date and CVC code.

3. Prices
The prices in the Moonvalley Store are including VAT. Supplements and foods have a current VAT rate of 12%. Other products and shipping have a VAT rate of 25%. If the tax rate changes, we reserve the right to change prices to the corresponding VAT rate.

4. Delivery times
We always try to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-4 business days. During promotions or unexpectedly large demand on any product, it may however take a little longer.

5. Delivery conditions and shipping rates

At Moonvalley, we will always try and offer you the best conditions for shipping. At the moment we are in a startup phase and it is very hard to negotiate good deals with the major suppliers in the Nordic countries and Europe. The minimum order value and shipping rates are set based on a “zero profit pricing” (in fact, we are not fully covering our costs of shipping.) We will continue to lower the shipping rates as we grow.

Minimum order value is €10 for all orders (we will not accept and process orders below €10.)

Due to Covid-19 we have had to make some changes in our shipment.

- All shipments outside Sweden is with DHL, starting at 12.90
- Sweden, starting at €3.90

6. Service fees

7. Order confirmation
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Please check your order confirmation and make sure everything looks right. If you have any questions please contact us immediately. Save the order confirmation and record your customer number/order number.

8. Return Policy
As a customer you are entitled to return your items within 30 days after the goods are received, but only if the packaging is intact and the item is unused. Reimbursement is made at 100% of the price. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before you return the product.

9. Reclamation
If the package is damaged on delivery, you should file your complaint directly at your delivery point. You should therefore always inspect your products when you receive them. 10. Unclaimed packages
If for any reason you do not pick up your package we will have to charge you for the cost of return shipping, handling etc. You will thus be charged a minimum fee of €20 for unclaimed parcels.

11. How to order
When you find an item you wish to order, click on the "Add" button next to the item. The item will then be added to your shopping cart which is displayed high up on the left of the page, where you can see how many items you have put in your cart and what the total cost of the products is. If you want to see which goods, and how many of each you have selected, etc., then click on the shopping cart icon. Here you can always change or remove products. When you are done, select "Checkout". If this is your first time shopping with us, you must now register as a customer. Enter your e-mail address as the user name and click on continue. Then fill out the "Register user information" and click ”continue”. Fields marked with * are mandatory. If you are already a customer with us you simply log in with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password please click the "password tool" link, there fill in your email address and we'll send an email. Verify that all information is correctly filled in, and then confirm your order. An order confirmation is then sent to your email address. 12. Correcting incorrect publications
Moonvalley reserves the right to retroactively correct prices, texts that have been printed/written incorrectly on our website, on products or in other appropriate media. We also reserve the right of inventory changes and possible technical error in the web shop, browser or server.

13. Personal Information
Moonvalley is responsible for the processing of personal data that you as a customer submit to us. Your personal data will be processed with the intent of maintaining customer relations and for marketing purposes by companies other than Moonvalley. You can request that personal data is corrected, deleted or registered if you do not want the information to be used for direct marketing purposes.

14. Secure Socket Layers / Secure pages
Moonvalley Store uses Secure Socket Layers - SSL from that the customer signs up until s/he has confirmed their purchase at checkout. To protect financial and other information during transmission Secure Socket Layers, SSL, is often used. SSL can be used both to protect the information during transmission through encryption and also to authenticate the identity of the two constituent parties. The most common use of SSL is to verify the seller's identity. An SSL connection is characterized by a locked padlock in the browser's bottom and that the URL starts with https.

15. Cookies
Moonvalley Store contains cookies. A cookie is a text file stored on your computer that contains information. There are two types of cookies. One category saves a file permanently on your computer. The second type of cookie is called a session cookie. While you are surfing the cookies are sent between your computer and the server to connect information, such as login name you use. Session cookies are not stored on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser. By changing the setting of the browser, you can opt to not use cookies. This can potentially cause the site to not work in a satisfactory manner. How do you turn off cookies depends on what browser you use. Read the "Help" or equivalent menu in your browser for instructions.

16. Force Majeure
Moonvalley is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this Agreement if such failure is due to a releasing circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. These releasing circumstances include, among others, a government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict in the employment market, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accidents of major scope or other types of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions by indication, warning labels, sales bans etc., abnormal decline in the market or if the company is subjected to criminal activity that affects business operations.
