Ingredients & how to

  1. Mix 1 dl of blueberries, 1 dl of Moonvalley’s unflavored protein blend and 2-3 dl of water (or 50/50 water/oat milk, for a creamier texture) into a mixer or shaker cup.
  2. Blend or shake into a smoth consistency and enjoy after a great workout!

PS. Tastes even better out in the nature :)
