Emelie’s Four Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 dl of Moonvalley’s Unflavored Protein Blend
- 4 dl of milk
- Some spoons of sourdough
- Coconut oil (for frying)
How to
- Mix 2 dl of Moonvalley’s Unflavored Protein Blend with 4 dl of milk. Add a couple spoons of sourdough and mix until a smooth mixture.
- Fry in coconut oil on medium heath until golden brown.
- Serve togehter with berries (my favourite is blueberries at the moment).
- Enjoy for breakfast or as a good afternoon snack!
