We hope you're all enjoying spring - whatever it looks like wherever you are. For us, it's that in-between season when the snow melts and the sun starts to warm the ground. The frozen Nordic soul starts to thaw, the days get longer, the birds sing and everything wakes up.

I'm back home in Ã…re, building up training volume and intensity after a long rehabilitation period following an accident. It feels incredible to be training properly again and the feeling of gratitude is huge. I also completed my certification in sports nutrition with the Olympic Committee this winter, and I'm now looking forward to working with professional athletes, sports teams and much more.

Meanwhile, Emelie is in MÃ¥ndalen, Norway, where she has just welcomed her third child. The family is enjoying building a nest and enjoying the spring feelings on the farm.

Ida has already started her season in style - first with an epic race in Gran Canaria and then with a victory in a trail race in southern Sweden last weekend. She is on fire! It's so inspiring to see her competing at the highest level as a champion athlete.
