Ida's favorite breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 dl frozen berries (my favorites right now are blueberries or black currant, but any berries work fine)
- 1 dl Moonvalley Protein Blend
- 1–2 dl yoghurt, kefir, or oat milk
- 1 cm piece of fresh ginger
- ½ peeled red beet, cut in pieces (I mix it in raw, it’s nutritious and gives a beautiful red color)
How to
Mix everything :)
The smoothie gets quite thick since I like to eat it with a spoon in a bowl with lots of granola and nuts, but if you prefer to drink it, just add a little more liquid or use non-frozen fruit.
