Emelie’s Four Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

 

How to 

  1. Mix 2 dl of Moonvalley’s Unflavored Protein Blend with 4 dl of milk. Add a couple spoons of sourdough and mix until a smooth mixture.
  2. Fry in coconut oil on medium heath until golden brown.
  3. Serve togehter with berries (my favourite is blueberries at the moment).
  4. Enjoy for breakfast or as a good afternoon snack!
